The qualifying round of the Ladies' Club Championships was played on the 6th June, 2006. Competitors with the four best scratch scores and the four best handicap scores will each play a knockout to establish the Club Champion and the Handicap Champion. No player can qualify for both knockouts.

The scratch qualifiers were :-

Veronica Hargreaves (85 gross), Anna Large (87 gross), Jeni Rowe (89 gross), Catriona Tremlett (95 gross).

The handicap qualifiers were :-

Vee Green (nett 73), Diana Benham (nett 75), Jane Jackson (nett 78), Gay Umney (nett 79).
