Bob Wyatt, North Hants Golf Club member, was Vice Captain and Chairman of the House Committee in 2003. He arranged for the new clubhouse to have more space for storing records as well as more improvements over the original clubhouse. It so happened that a developer needed access to a site behind the Golf Club and paid £2 million for a strip of land on the edge of the course. This allowed to club the funds to alter the course and to build the clubhouse. He also arranged for the history to be written for the centenary in 2004. It is not an example that all clubs can follow but they had the records available to write the book and they have the storage space for future records.
