Contains a letter and a plan from LGC about a new Clubhouse, a rainwater catchment proposal, and an excerpt from the LGC Report on the heating system.
 
Over the years, investigation and other work has been carried out on the Clubhouse and this file covers some of it. In 1987 there was a report on the heating system. New Clubhouse notes are included. There was a rainwater catchment scheme to save water in 1993.
